On Thursday night, 8th May, “Sit with álvaro Siza ” seminar on furniture series designed by Siza was held. Pedro Simoes, general manager of SPSS, and Helena Simoes, financial director of SPSS presented how Siza’s design concepts are carried out in production process and discussed with guest architects and audience about architectural aesthetics, design philosophy and cultural heritage, analyzing how Siza’s design reflects both logic and emotional expression of architectural space in the field of furniture.
